I just added Utah companies to the addons. Latest version here:

You should see more cargos to/from Utah.
I notice I messed up the cargo-company correlation.
Right now You will see such things as farming cargos at construction sites Etc.
I am working on correlating ETS2 and ATS company types.
Version 2.0, which I should be releasing soon on My SCS Forum page
will hopefully have cargo-company types corrected.
