This is ridiculous. I decided to experiment and started a new profile. I did a couple of short jobs then loaded this mod. I used the three in the folder: HBS, Extremo, and Viva Mexico Maps. I put them in the order you show in the description. The first job I took in Mexico caused my computer to crash and freeze up. I give up. This thing is just junk.
I have to apologize to the creator of this mod. I thought there were serious problems with this version but have now discovered it was some old mods that were causing everything to crash with the new update to ATS. I eliminated some of the older ones and now Viva Mexico works just fine. I suspect the offending mods were ones that change the names of signs on businesses. So for those who may be experiencing crashes, try eliminating your older mods first and see if that takes care of it.
