A Graphic-UI based .SCS/.ZIP extractor. You can use it to open/extract .scs mods and change them yourself and rebuild them in ScsBuilder (coming soon) so you can tailor a mod to your own needs, or improve and redistribute it.
*THIS APP WILL NOT GET THROUGH PASSWORDED MODS AND WILL NOT EXTRACT Original Game Files e.g Base.scs
