Nickersons Farm is a real life farm located in Rothwell, Lincolnshire, UK.

Info -
● Arable farming.
● 2 Yards.
● 10 arable fields.
● Sell point.
● Farm dealership.
● Traffic.
● Pedestrians.
● Stables.
● Default vehicles.
● Auto opening gates.
● Extended growth times, Time faster mod is needed.
● Large Village with a pub, kids play area, spar shop, village shop, fuel station and bus stop.
● Manual opening farm shed doors. Press O when you're close to them.

Triggers -
● Wheat, Barley and OSR to be stored in the grain sheds at the arable yard out of the village, Corn to be stored with tip alt.
● Potato and sugar beet to be stored by tip alternative.
● Fertiliser, Spray and Seed triggers are at the yard out of the village.
● Vehicles reset to one of the farm yards.
● Buy equipment from CTS Agricultural Machinery.
● Fuel is located at the yard out of the village and at the village fuel station.
● Sell equipment inside the workshop located through the first gate of CTS Agricultural Machinery.
● Sell bales at woodlands view stables, drive straight through into the horse field for them to sell.
● Sell all grain at MGN Grain Merchants.
● Sell all root crops at British Root LTD.
● Loading grain from the farm store can be done with a loader and bucket or the silos in the yard.

Please Note -
This map is created to run on my pc specifications. i7 & GTX 780 so if your PC struggles to run the map then i apologies but like all of my maps they are created to my personal preference and to run on my own PC. If you struggle to run this map then turn down your graphic settings, try use less mods and if you have any knowledge of editing then lower the clip distances of each main transform group in the scene graph from there original 400 for your own personal use.
This map is arable farming only, There is no livestock / silage.
I recommend you lower your traffic density to make the number of cars using the road more realistic. To find out how, Visit the support topic.
Chopped straw mod is not installed as seen in some images of this map. It is not installed in this version.
You must have the map door trigger in your mods folder for the manual barn doors to open.
You must NOT edit this map and upload it to any website or file hosting site.
