Vehicle lock v1.0.3

Hi there,
here I have for you my car lock mod.
This mod allows you to release the Muliplayer vehicles only for certain users.
This then can you prevent User1 eg vehicle XY moves which actually is for User2.
This you can easily adjust on the vehicles.xml in the savegame.
How exactly is in the instructions,
that came in PDF and PNG format.
TIP: To prevent the posing User1 User2 example, as I also hasbe also a Login System Mod made.
