Are you that stupid to not know what a leaked mod is? If so, I'll try and explain it to you, but with how retarded you are, this could very well be way above your comprehension level. Here we go: A leaked mod is a mod that was never released by the author, and never will be, but uploaded somewhere by another individual, likely angry with the modder for some petty reason.
Part 2: This mod, however, is not a leaked mod. This mod was released by the original modder, for everyone to enjoy. You simply re-uploaded it, and that's not leaking. Anyway, I don't expect you to understand this message, as you're clearly very retarded, I doubt it's even something an education could fix.

TORK Modding here, as we have said to this member of the community once before, we do not care. this was released publicly and with the internet it was bound to get re-uploaded, we honestly don't care where it goes or who has it and will continue to make public mods.
I don't know why you're arguing over this mod its not even finished, the interior is crap, the mirrors don't work the indoor camera is out of wack and when you do get the camera aimed right you can see the road between the hood and the cab. This mod is not worth arguing about. Just my two cents worth

Are people really still going on about what mods they own? Giants Software owns every single mod you make you cucks. Without their software, the mod you created via Blender or whatever, wouldn't have its functionality without the software engine included with the game purchase.
The 3D model and Textures are owned by the creator. The i3D data excluding the 3D and textures / custom scripts are owned by the modder. If you do not believe me email Giants as this was sent to me directly in an email by Giants (I can forward it).
First off, a 3d model in one game does not miraculously import into another game. You have to rip it out of a game, completely rebuild it back in blender AND retexture it yourself, then import it bit by bit into GE, and EVEN after all that, YOU have to build the GE Scengraph yourself and MATCH up everything. You think this magically appears in game you freak! Credit goes to the person who gets it into GE for the first time.
nice truck looks to be a good heavy hauler for medium duty hauling, super single fronts for heavy hauling & a rear pintle hitch this truck is sweet.
really a nice truck with lots of potential with some interior fixing & clipping fixed this will be 1 sweet truck. removed the rear fenders & even better.
Nothing is owned simply because it cannot be copyrighted unless you own a 3D modeling business and even then it is a stretch because it is software and parts to software and because 98% of the software on the market is "leased" by the end user. Plus, not to mention, the said end user is using software created by someone else to create these 3D models and textures so, technically even further, the modder doesn't even own the model or textures.
