Having troubles cleaning up after my chickens. Hardly any feed spilled on ground but cleanliness is still only @52% Any ideas?

I can't seem to get anything work activate the tip trigger for the feed. I've tried ingame and modded trailers but neither will call for the unload. Any suggestions? I'm in the same spot as shown in the pictures.

I'm having trouble with getting them clean. The barn floor is spotless and still says 3% clean! I can see a TON of feed spilled on the floor up by the feeding trough but no way to get to it to clean it up. Help?
