Nutshell... Nice large garage, space seems to be used unwisely. Hidden, inaccessible room, why? Wash bay seems too small, perhaps that doubles as the laundry facility? Repair bay too small, should have had repair facilities in the main area. Some of these things I can fix for personal use, others I cannot due to the way certain things are connected. Wash Bay is inoperable. Workshop actually works. Needs an operable pressure washer in wash room. Otherwise fantastic mod. Love the space.

I agree with all previous statements, I feel the doors into the workshop and the wash bay, which is not operational, needs to be increase to fit larger items into the area.
