Mannie313 pointed out a few things to me yesterday so that in Manitou the DMA works and CP no longer delivers Warnings.
With his help I was able to update the Manitou. Thank you Mannie313 for your help.

DynamicMountAttacher on the fork is now installed. This will make the contents of the palette visible
aiCollisionTrigger installed. Now CoursePlay should not complain anymore
