Music for Menu v1.3

Establish a high priority.

Changes:
- Replaced only 4 tracks for the main menu.
- The voice message for mail is added.
- The thunderstorm sound is added.
- The Helicopter sound is added.
- The sound opening gate in your garage (low sound) is added.

You will hear music in the menu of a game, a garage, car showroom of the dealer, automobile repair shop.
