Scania Touring fix for 1.32

This fixes running for Husni's Scania Touring bus mod.

Change log:
- You can now buy this bus from Scania dealers on 1.32
- Added retarder sound
- Fixed 6x2 instead of 6x4.
- Added new chassis with reduced physics for passenger mods.
- deTbiT skin added.

Place above the bus mod in mod manager.
