Schmitz S.KO EXPRESS with Folding Wall v1.3.1

Rework of the stand-alone (1.23) Schmitz S.KO Folding Wall Box trailer
by RommiTZ,adds support for all current game features.

New version 1.3.1:
- adjusted wheel tire offset values,
- fixed issues with Hankook tires and Alcoa rims,
- added real grip/resistance/noise values (thanks to galimim)
