Peterbilt Rt40 388 v1.0

This is a mod i seen downloaded it and was full of errors so i fixed it and am posting it back up. If the original mod author would like me to take it down and give it to them to upload please contact me and i will hand over the fixed version.
There are no errors in this version of the mod.
