Yes, it was in 15, I had it. It was never properly working tho in 15. I assume it still has all the errors / issues from 15 in this one.
its working just when you unfold it , his cabin is turning but he drives same directions, so by pressing W sims like he is driving wrong direction
Like some of the others been saying it does need some work done to it. The steering needs to be fixed, and also when you drive forwards and back. Didn't try mowing with it, but how you drive it as is I didn't feel like I would want to use it. It would be a good mod if it worked on more and fixed.
