This is a Hooklift truck based on the Lizard Hulk rebranded as a Freightliner FLD120 which seems to be its closest IRL match.

Sorry.... tried to write code but that doesn't work. Your rim color is inside -wheels- so it doesn't show up in-game.
the truck is not based off of a freightliner fld120, its based off of the western star 4900, and the other lizard truck in the game is loosely based off the international, as well as the Coronado.
