Map runs excellent, looks nice, but it is the worst layout for purchasable land I've ever seen on a mod map. There's more untouchable land than land you can buy.

Yes, but I do not know what the rocks would be, a city that does not bring money and the ways it can not earn, and the map is made up of large fields that will yield enough money when properly managed. If it was a way that would allow, for example, a return from a town or a village, it would be different but on what rock if nothing grows or the road or shopping zone MP for more farms is very poorly solved in FS 19 and it would be useless.
