This is a Hooklift truck based on the Lizard Hulk rebranded as a Freightliner FLD120 which seems to be its closest IRL match.

To be fair, ALL container trucks have their front axles leave the ground in real life. That all depends on the weight of the container. It's normal really
not safe
THAT is not a FLD120, not even really close. There are pictures of them on the internet. Do some research.
