- Replaced uncompressed flare textures with compressed versions for better optimization
- Improved low beam pattern and slightly reduced its brightness for AI traffic
- Fixes of SCS AI vehicles in Traffic Addon
- Reduced ambient light for some lamps in City Lights Addon
- Other minor tweaks
