Update for 1.39.
all sounds updated in necessary files.
NOTE: Engine sounds do not use Robinicus' sounds any longer. They are defaulted to the Kenworth t680 until I make my own.

Fixed steps on exhd/379 chassis.
They are now selectable. Also fixes for the 330 are included.
