    Mod Update 1.40 Change log (23.03.2021):

    - compatibility update for 1.40

    - Added back hourly traffic time

    - Possible Fixed Frame drop issues for/in cities

    - Tweaked Spawn Numbers to fix the Frame drop issues for/in cities

    - Tweaked traffic_rules.sii for safer AI

    - Removed slow traffic (there's no slow traffic at all)

    - Reduced spawn numbers of police cars

    - Reduced spawn numbers of ambulances

    - Reduced spawn numbers fire truck
