Dacia/Renault B0 Platform B90 v3.1 0.39.x

In version 3.1:

- Mod name changed to "Dacia/Renault B0 Platform (B90)"

- Version 0.39 lighting system for headlights, taillights, and many other illuminated elements

- Thumbnails replaced with versions from update 0.39.

The Dacia Sandero has undergone a major overhaul; here is what I changed in version 3.0:
