New version: Better AI, improved performance, and new congestion mechanics. Includes a personality system and an AI emergency vehicles and awareness system. Updated to minimize crashes (please note this is an ongoing process).

Improves AI by adding:

Dynamic police AI that realistically changes based on your actions.

AI moves to the side when police, ambulances, and fire trucks turn on their lights and sirens. AI obeys traffic lights, yields to pedestrians, and adheres to stop signs. AI reacts to player size dynamically, with aggression mechanics such as ramming and aggressive lane changing. AI will stop to charge or refuel at designated charging and refueling spots.

This is a ram-heavy mod. A system with 16 GB RAM or lower is recommended for optimal performance.
