Hirochi Mistral v1.2.2 0.39.x

this is mostly an update to make the car compatible with 0.39 and its new lighting system. So:

- Added interior triggers for ignition, headlights and hazard lights operation

- Added support for new tow hitch (still doesn't work quite right sometimes, no clue atp)

- Updated lights to use the new bulb system

- Updated sunvisors, can move them now

- Fixed license plate lights working after ripping the...
