Pepper Valley v2.01

Major overhaul of the standard map.
Added many new roads, race tracks, and various objects (garage, airport, etc.)

What's in the mod:
- Day/Night cycle support with a large number of lights on the map (except for remote areas)
- New garage area
- Small mud bog track
- Off-road track with race timer
- Updated salt flat area with top speed record
- Drag strip with 60ft, 1/8 mile, and 1/4 mile timers
- Airport
- Drift area
- Autocross with timer
- Paved road across the entire map
- 8 Formula Drift style tracks
- 2 Rallycross tracks
- And various other things

In version 2.01:
- Added stages 1-8 of the Formula Drift 2024/2025 season;
- Added 2 rallycross tracks;
- Numerous bug fixes and refinements.
