    DESCRIPTION

    A rework of the default West Coast USA map.
    - Additional spawn points
    - Beach amusement park
    - Ramps (basically everywhere, but located away from normal traffic)
    - Cliff routes - Johnson Valley cliffs moved to West Coast hillsides (very unfinished)
    - Gridmap v2 (retuned and modified)
    - High speed oval (quickly created from gridmap content)
    - Mega ramp jumps into the city
    - Airplane runways and rings (thanks to Motorsports Playground for the rings)
    - Demolition Derby / Sumo in the Sk
