Rocky Coast USA v0.4

The map contains off-road tracks, railway, city and rally stage. Of course there are ramps, bus stops!

The card is suitable for:
- rally
- driving
- bus driving (not bus mode yet)
- off-road
- train driving

New v0.4:
- Added a new parking lot at the top of the mountain -

Road work continues
- Added new and other edge stickers, lines (city, roads look and feel more realistic)
- Added a sticker with tire marks (parking next to the station)
- Added more asphalt damage stickers
- Added new props: fences, toilet (parking next to the highway)
- Improved fire station: more decals and details (see two pictures)

Fixes/small additions
- Added more props (more lampposts in the parking lot etc.)
- Updated preview images (according to current map progress)
- Added new preview image -Improved

parts of the coastal zone around the map
- Removed old (and useless) Sound effects -Fixed

grass problem at railroad crossing
- Added railroad crossing signs
- I improved one of the bus stops in the city: added skid marks, improved/fixed bus stop placement and more
- Minor fixes (road bumps, grass, etc.)
- Improved grass: added more variety (with flowers). Improved the grass next to the abandoned dirt path.
