The developer of The Satsuma Expansion addon has finally taken the plunge and made his mod standalone. It's called Satsuma E10. Now, simply download this mod and you'll have Satsuma, complete with all the tuning and everything else. Of course, you'll need to delete all old files and clear the cache.
This version completely reworks the configurations and adds a lot of new stuff (a list of changes would take forever).
