Skoda Octavia (A7) Reworked v1.2

This is a reworked version of the Škoda Octavia (A7).

Here's what was changed:

- Significantly reworked all engines

- Added all engine types (from 1.0L TSI to 2.0L TSI, including diesel engines)

- Added number plates (still in development)

- New configurations

- New petrol and diesel engines

- Much more...

In version 1.2:

- Updated 1.4 TSI start-up sound to high quality (from my car)

- Added Bruckell Nine bulbs (high beam doesn't work yet, don't know why)

- Slightly increased headlight brightness

- Fixed missing mirrors in some configurations

- Attempt to make jbeam a bit better

- Removed 1.6 TDI and 2.0 TDI shut-off sound (causing it to get stuck)

- Slightly reduced file size.
