UAZ-3163 "Patriot" is a four-wheel drive vehicle with increased cross-country ability (SUV) for use on roads of all categories, as well as on rough terrain.

Changed/added:

• The front axle is now solid;

• No ability to lock the rear differential;

• Mirrored Patriot inscription on the mudguards on the right side;

• No ability to open windows on Dorest;

• The emergency trigger on Dorest has been adjusted;
