    DESCRIPTION

    -improved enviroment (still not perfect, I'm working on it -improved almost all textures to PBR

    -improved traffic lights (PBR)

    -some small details like custom houses

    -NEW PLACES:

    1. Garfield Heights (near hill)

    2. Garfiled school (city)

    3. Palm Heights (next to school)

    4. Belasco Airport (next to race track)

    for those wondering, the map works, it just overwrites the original west coast map
