Update 1.3
- Fixed an issue where the map would not load in Career Mode
- The map is now fully optimized for BeamNG version 0.40.x

- Added 3 new houses Reworked all existing houses with more details
- Added basic interior furnishings to houses
- Improved and furnished all backyards
- Reworked the fast food restaurant
- Reworked the custom garage
- Improved several roads
- Added a new gas station with a car wash
- Added nighttime lighting to all custom buildings
- Fixed missing collisions on custom houses
- Fixed a bug where the original West Coast garage disappeared
- Minor visual improvements and fixes
- Improved file structure and removed approximately 800 MB of unnecessary data, resulting in a smaller file size and potentially better overall performance.
