This mod adds over 2,500 lights to West Coast, USA. They turn on and off based on the time of day. It also adds emissive maps for several materials to make windows and street lights appear to be glowing. Based on testing, this mod has a performance impact of about a 20-25% decrease in fps. This mod doesn't add a separate map, just load up West Coast, USA and change the time in the environment menu.
This mod is experimental for now, I have occasionally had crashes happen with this mod, just reload the game if this happens to you, or try switching renderers.
