Winter West Coast, USA v0.37.2 0.37.x

This map has snow-covered roads (with reduced friction) and many other custom elements. Reduced friction on the roads may not be the most realistic, but it's really fun to slide and go into drifts that you normally can't do.

In version 0.37.2 (08.12.25):

This update introduces several much-needed changes to parts of the map that were missing in previous versions.

- The biggest change is the new textures of tire tracks on the roads, which have been replaced from road_rubber_double to a slightly modified version of another road with stickers from the original game.

- Added more tire tracks at intersections for more realism.

- Added two different types of roads with stickers for more and less visited roads.

- Terrain materials have also been updated to look more like snow.

- The track of the race track has been changed from snowy to regular asphalt to make racing possible (I can make an additional patch to return it to a snowy appearance, if requested).

A couple of small changes:

- The fog has been reinforced to make it look like heavy snowfall.

- The "Snow precipitation" field has been shortened so that more snow gets into the frame.

- Thumbnails have become less compressed.

- Added roads with stickers to the island (previously there were only roads with stickers from the original game).

- Fixed several textures from the quick fix version 0.37.
