Update to Headlights and Traffic Addon.
Changes:
- Added headlight support for modded trucks: Jasper's Kenworth W900 and JUseeTV's Scania PGR-Series
- Added new AI traffic
- Improved compatibility with Sound Fixes Pack

- Completely reworked flares
- Realistic headlights patterns with 6 different colors (up to 50 modded trucks supported)
- Modified SCS AI traffic with 9 headlights color variants and 2 red/brake signals in Traffic Addon
- Dimmed street lamps in City Lights Addon

Traffic Addon now require Sound Fixes Pack, otherwise traffic won't spawn!
