Fixed a loading issue in ETS2 1.60 caused by an incompatible navigation definition.

Added separate, version-specific navigation configurations for ETS2 1.60 and 1.61.

Garmin dēzl LGV1020, LGV820 and LGV720 remain available, including left-hand and right-hand drive variants.

No changes to existing Garmin models or saved configurations.
