Engine: The truck was powered by the legendary Mercedes-Benz OM-352 diesel engine. This 6-cylinder, in-line engine had a displacement of 5.675 cm³ and produced around 130 horsepower, which was considered powerful for its time. It was the first engine with direct injection in Brazil, which made it more fuel-efficient than its competitors.

Chassis: The "1113" in its name signifies an 11-ton gross vehicle weight and 130 horsepower. The truck came in different configurations, including the L-1113 (standard truck), LK-1113 (dump truck), and LS-1113 (tractor truck). There were also bus chassis versions, such as the OF-1113.
