New on-board computer for Iveco Hi-Way

Since standard on-board computer of Iveco Hi-Way is not really convenient and is hardly seen, I decided to replace it with another one. So this mod replaces standard on-board computer with new, similar to Volvo FH12 2009. Small displays under speedometer and taho are not active, since clock and odometer are already presented in on-board computer and seen better and it is also impossible to duplicate those parameters twice due to some unknown restrictions of the game engine.

Installation: copy mod file into My documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/mod folder and activate it in profile.
