For english version you must have in mod folder three files:

Also available separate language pack with some additional language versions.

Version 4.2 - added Krone flatbed trailer, Schmitz S.KO trailer, Schwarzmuller curtainsider trailer, 8 remaked trailers from pack 3.8, 47 cargo, some traffic trailers.
