From v3.1.54, this truck is available in "Used truck market".
If you want to buy in new truck dealer, please let know me.

Note
Most of parts names are changed.
So, your choice is in two ways.
1. Use commands "g_remove_missing_accessories 1" and purchase new parts.
2. Sell current truck and buy a new one.
