First attempt at adding the "under-root fertilization" urfSeeder script to a seeder.  I picked this seeder because it's my favorite of the big seeders and it would be quick to add the new feature since it only had 3 spray areas unlike most which have 5 to deal with in the Giants Editor. 

Script was similar to the Lanes script for making tires wither/cultivate crops. 

I also fixed that annoying problem in the vehicle.xml file that would cause the seeder to folded up when attempting to use a Hired Worker =)

- Updated Store.dds.
- Created Brand.dds since it was missing. 
- Updated store description to match current capabilities.
- Added MultiFruit capability and should cover the majority of crops that current maps support.

This seeder is best utilized on maps like Paradise and Sunshine XXL where the fields disappear into the horizon and take quite a while to reach the end.  Just be prepared to refill the seed/fertilizer a lot unless you increase the Fill Capacity quite a bit.

Anyway, however you decide to use this seeder, one thing remains a constant ... it's a big timesaver since it now fertilizes while planting (lessens the use of CoursePlay a bit) =)
