add friction to the wheels, look at winston's mods in the vehicle xml if you need help

not a bad fire truck I think, the sliding issues was not as bad as I thought it would be, handles the road really well considering its a fire truck, just wish the ladder actually had animation (up, down,left,right) that way it could be used as forestry ladder truck if one wanted to.
