Name Lock v1.0

Hello there,
Here I have for you the desired by many name Lock or even known as a vehicle lock Mod from LS13.
This version has several new features.

At once what the name Lock Mod:
The mod allows assign motorcars the server administrator.
That is, it can not go any any vehicle.

Now for the new feature:
The whole can be made via a menu now, and no longer as in LS13 in vehicle.xml.
To which it is live, to be called when a player is forbidden to drive the vehicle that change is directly effective.
