Who or what the F##k is a grue stervio? The description needs more, such as words in english that describe what the mod is (if english is the language being used). Or a few more images that more clearly show what the mod is, A picture is a thousand words. It looks like a weathervane that tells you which direction the wind is coming from, but that's just a guess. Sorry for the tone of the gripe but come on, show a little respect and common sense here.

Gday LFB, no stress, I figured it was a reuploaded mod with someone trying to take credit other than the original author, original authors advertise / showcase their mods properly.
