Updated fabrik/additional trigger
Added vehicle refill trigger (thanks to maverick for pointing out tank trigger in updated additional triggers)

Had to remove the fuel tank triggers that fuel equipment, they were causing lua errors
Either Marhu universal kotte tanks (version 1.0.0.6 tanks needed)
Or Nc raiders AR equipment
