New TUV plaques for all vehicles with NamberPlates

New TUV badges for your vehicles with NumberPlate license plates installed.
Just copy it into the folder textures from the vehicle and you already have new TÜV.
The easiest method is to go to your mod folder (Documents \ My Games \ FarmingSimulator2017 \ mods) to the right where the magnifying glass is the filename: YearSealRandom enter and search, now you will see all mods where you can replace the file.
