Hi its my first mod. I modified universal process kit 17.0.6 to work with every mod which requires UPK 17.0.9.It works with mining map too.

Sooo... You modified (VERY slightly) an old version of upk so a version check in newer mods wouldn't complain about it? Why not just download the newer upk? Like holy crap this is the most useless mod ever uploaded for fs and there are useless mods uploaded every single day.
