- the new butcher was completely rebuilt, the old one did not want to work, was fired, for normal work a special mod for animals is required (it goes in the archive with a scart, the butcher does not work without it)
- completely rebuilt fish farm, now there is more space
- a silage fermenter has been added to the bga, the bga itself has become more expensive
- the sugar factory, the mill, the moonshine were also partially rebuilt, and together with them the area itself was rebuilt.
- new starting vehicle, also added to property field 26
- all fields are now a quarter more expensive
- minor fixes
