This is Asphalt Milling Machine to create roads.
This mod can catch the material on the ground and discharge on truck and with a implement can change the ground to plow.

This mods is create for use on Mining & Construction Economy map and works fine on this map. On other maps i don´t know if works.

le vraie crédit est fred zaza de fs13 donc met bien les bon nom en crédit c'est lui le concepteur .
Probably someone changed the credits on moddesc, because the nick fredzaza dont showup. I dont have any interest not give the credits to the real modder. I always give the credits to the authors on the mods i convert. If the mod its from frezaza so the credits is for him.
