How to reduce the growth rate in this mod?

I know so much. But what is the best value for crops to grow so quickly 0.0050 or 00950?
CRISS20, higher values = longer time so multiply growthStateTime * 2 for crops to take twice as long than original time of 1.
So how will the 0.0950 value be ok?
The mod works fine.
I just have a suggestion;
Is it possible to make an update with exceptions???
The mod does ALL crops.
But with that exception, for example, if I put grass in exception, grass would grow at normal speed while the rest grows in overdrive.
