This is a working version of Giants Editor Exporter plugin for blender 2.8+
Download and extract to
C:\ Users \ [your name] \ AppData \ Roaming \ Blender Foundation \ Blender \ [Blender version] \ scripts \ addons
Then open blender go to preferences -> addons and ensure that
"Game engine:GIANTS i3D Exporter Tools" is enabled and click save preferences.
